When you have doubts, ort he temperature or moisture relationship for your product may have reached a critical point, simply read the stored data. With our specially adapted fidbox-Handheld you can read the data at any time without problem – up to 10 years long.

In this way, you are immediately in the position to put the recommendations from the parquet manufacturer and the floor installer in regards to floor care into action based on factual information. This system greatly increases the product safety, because an inadvertent improper treatment of the floor is no longer possible. Should a defect appear which cannot be traced to normal wear of the parquet, your complaint has a greater chance of success: the fidbox ensures in liability questions a prompt and clear clarification!
